I started taking some anti-inflammatory tablets yesterday. Since my regular company doctor doesn't believe in any kind of steroids, I got the pills from my dad. He gave me enough supply to last me many months from the looks of it. I will only be using it for serious or persistent injuries.
With just a single dosage of two pills, my calf was better than it had been in over 2 weeks. It was just unbelievable. I went for my Wednesday fellowship run at Taman Rakyat last night and managed to enjoy my run without the slightest discomfort. Managed to cover 10.4k yesterday. The park was really empty and the weather wonderfully cool. At the end of my run I was having a 'runner's high'.

told u them pills work!
saw ur post in the shoutbox. actually the carb content depends coz the optimal is apparently 6-8g (can't remember the exact). since carb is actually sugars, the types of sugars are also important - fructose and sucrose (also cant remember which one) breaks down differently and the drinker may experience differently as well. as for carb to protein ratio in recovery drinks, the optimal is 4:1. having said that, it still depends on individual taste and on what works for a person.
dinesh, please don't make them pills as part of ur regular recovery process. sure, they work. but there are many side effects on ur liver, joints, etc. i can show you an article from runner's world, if u want to.
the best treatment is, a good long rest. really.
Ajeep, I won't be taking them regularly not to worry. In fact I only took them twice and now will let the body take control. I know about a lot of side effects related to this kind of pills. Pass me the article when you get the chance, thanks!
Doping at such an early stage... mmmm
Dinesh,
The pills do work almost magically as I have tried them before for my knee. You are wise to limit the quantity and frequency
That's a great story. Waiting for more. Bell howell projector instructions http://www.cheap-bontril.info/Ac-tenuate.html
