Wow! Your high cardio running has made you lose A LOT of weight! I recently turned a bit of a fitness enthusiast and signed up for a gym. I do a bit of cardio then spend more time on pumping iron. No, I'm not a muscle-bound freak. Your son looks very cute and I love the view from Lumut!!!
